Bekomme ich von allem genug? How can you reach more energy and vitality for your daily life? With optimum nutrition and way of life? That for sure is important, but does your body receive all it needs?

Quotation: “doctors cannot be consulted about this because nutrition and vitamins are only an insignificant part of their studies. Often, their minimal basic knowledge is outdated because doctors do not refresh their knowledge in this field... and, furthermore, nutritional advice by doctors is usually not paid by health insurance.”

Dr. Petra Wenzel, preventologist and best selling author, indicates in her book “Die Vitalstoffentscheidung”: “everybody who is taking in less than five to nine(!) portions of fresh, ripe fruit in organic quality, should think about consuming nutritional supplements.”

Like many specialists for orthomolecular medicine Dr. Wenzel thinks that dosage recommendation as given by the “Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Ernaehrung/DGE” is only to avoid deficiencies, but is not enough to guarantee an optimum function of the organism according to international standards.
